Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, we undertook a number of Innovation Adoption Insight Reviews with five of our member Trusts to build regional understanding of spread and adoption in practice, and to support our members to identify areas where this could be improved.
All five reviews followed a similar qualitative methodology, exploring how trusts;
This line of work is part of a wider work stream to develop a best practice model which supports the spread of proven innovation.
