Health Innovation is a company limited by guarantee and a member-led organisation. Our mutual Board representation includes the two integrated care boards (NHS Dorset and NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight), eight NHS trusts, six universities, NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) Wessex and Wessex Health Partners.

Programme delivery is led by our senior leadership team supported by our corporate business support, finance, communication, and business development and partnership functions.
