Enabling an innovation culture
Our enabling workstreams support system wide cultural change for innovation adoption, focused on creating an environment that encourages a culture of open learning and agility across the improvement, innovation and the research ecosystem.
This programme includes the delivery of:
- innovation adoption workshops and forums
- our Attitudes Toward Innovation Survey (ATIS) to understand how best to support the healthcare workforce to adopt new ways of working
- cross-organisational collaboration to promote the value of innovation and innovation adoption.
