Oral health

In Dorset, 63% of adults and 47% of children are not accessing dental services. To address this, NHS Dorset and Health Sciences University have established an oral health programme. Health Innovation Wessex is supporting with a range of activities across three workstreams: workforce development, improving access to care, prevention and education.

Our support includes sharing knowledge from across the Health Innovation Network about best practice, identifying innovations that are ready for testing and adopting, and supporting the system network and colleagues to be ready to innovate and work differently.
