Our services
The Health Innovation Wessex De-implementation model offers health and care systems, services and teams a managed approach to removing the interventions you have chosen to discontinue. Using our evidence based Four Pillars of De-implementation model we can support you in deciding whether to Remove, Restrict, Reduce, or Replace these practices. This practical resource supports evidence-based change, improves patient outcomes, and makes way for new innovation.
Think of it as clearing out old tools to make room for new, more effective ones.

“Our work with Health Innovation Wessex is aligned and purposeful. We are learning together how to most effectively deploy Health Innovation Wessex to maximise impact for both them and NHS partners and the wider system. During 2023-24 we have been sharing and consolidating communications, governance and ways of working aligned to key priorities to support Health Innovation Wessex working effectively within the system. The Health Innovation Wessex team have been highly supportive, responsive and constructive in our shared endeavour to identify areas of focus aligned to our strategic objectives.”
