Quality Improvement as described by Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust

This video describes how an NHS Trust implemented a QI programme to build a culture of continuous improvement within the Trust in which staff feel they have the support and permission to make improvements to the quality, safety and efficiency of care. Whilst the specific details relate to Imperial College the video is an excellent illustration of the relevance and importance using QI to improve science (or art) to benefit recipients of healthcare in all care settings.
