The Wessex Cancer Innovation team are working to find technologies and ways of working that will help identify cancers at an earlier stage and we are keen to understand whether CDS tools are currently being used across Wessex. 

How will any information I share be used? 

Any information you share will be kept anonymous and aggregated together at CCG level (Hampshire, Southampton and the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Dorset) to help us understand how CDS tools are used across Wessex.
