Dorset’s Malnutrition Programme is shortlisted for the HSJ Value Awards 2018

Dorset’s Malnutrition Programme Partnership (Wessex Academic Health Science Network and Tricuro Care Catering) has been shortlisted for the HSJ Value Awards 2018.

 The programme has been successfully shortlisted for the ‘improving value in the care of frail older patients’ category. The title of the submission  is “ A new integrated approach across health and social care to improve nutritional care for adults across Dorset.”

The next stage is for the entry to be presented at the judging panel on the 6 April and then all finalists will be invited to the Awards Ceremony on Thursday 7 June at Manchester Central.
