New Chief Executive appointment

I am delighted to announce that Bill Gillespie has been appointed as our new CEO, and will be joining us from Monday, 18 January 2016.

 Bill spent three years working in the private sector early in his career, but his leadership career has been largely spent in the NHS. After progressing to regional roles looking at partnerships and performance management across West Kent, he stepped into this first CEO role in Medway PCT in 2002, and has worked at senior level ever since. Early on, he was involved in establishing Medway PCT, with a focus on integrating previously parochial approaches, and helping what was a financially-challenged PCT to resolve its deficit issues.
