Wessex AHSN surveys care services in the region - can you help?

Wessex AHSN is exploring the options for how best to enhance information sharing for care services across the region. The aim is to help patients, care providers, service managers, commissioners and research groups by improving communication between all parties. The purpose of this survey is to help assess the priorities.
