Independent evaluation of the North East Hampshire and Farnham Vanguard MISSION TEST CLINIC

This 2017 report looks at the implementation of the MISSION clinic model in North East Hampshire & Farnham area as part of their Vanguard Programme. The pilot clinic which was evaluated established a protocol for future clinics.
