Event
South West Collaborative CVD Webinar Series
The Health Innovation Network continues to be focused on
cardiovascular disease with a national focus on heart failure and a commitment
to support systems with their local priorities including lipid management,
hypertension and familial hypercholesterolaemia. Education is an important
piece of the puzzle and the health innovation networks for West of England,
South West and Wessex (South West Collaborative) are delighted to bring you
this new webinar series, combining clinical education with practical advice and
guidance on bid writing, evaluation and sustainability. The webinars are open
to all healthcare professionals/clinicians and programme managers with an
interest or role in the subject matter. It is not a requirement to register for
all three events in the series, although please feel free to do so if of
interest.
Event schedule
As this event is open to all colleagues across and beyond the region with an
interest or role in cardiovascular disease, please feel free to forward this
invitation to anyone it may be relevant to.
For those unable to join, the session will be recorded and
made available with the slides.
