Heart Failure: Frailty/End of Life and Heart Failure in Younger Patients
This webinar series has been organised by the South East Collaborative which is a partnership between the Health Innovation Networks for Wessex, Kent Surrey Sussex and Oxford & Thames Valley. The events are open to all healthcare professionals/clinicians and programme managers with an interest or role in heart failure. Each event (delivered via Teams) will explore a specific topic relating to the condition as listed below. It is not a requirement to register for all the events in the series but would certainly be beneficial if you're able to do so.

Thursday 18 September 12 - 1pm. Heart Failure - Focusing on primary care
Thursday 16th October 12 - 1pm. Heart Failure - Focusing on the experience of the patient
Thursday November 27th 12 - 1pm. Heart Failure - Focusing on frailty/end of life and heart failure in younger patients
