This video introduces the aims of the Simulation Education Resources project, to optimise use of publicly funded simulation education resources in health services and develop common standards for their use.
This includes the means by which simulation resources can be shared at almost zero-cost. Phase 1 of the project is now complete including an audit of all the simulation education resources (particularly high-end and teaching resources) in the Wessex area. With the changes expected within Regional Strategic Health Authorities (SHA’s) it is vital to develop cross boundary education networks to support all learners across the Wessex area and beyond.
