Bill is an experienced health manager who had worked at board level in health organisations in the UK and overseas for the last 18 years.
Bill joined Wessex AHSN (now renamed Health Innovation Wessex) in 2016, following a period leading specialised commissioning for NHS England South and two years working on Qatar’s primary healthcare strategy.
