Vivi joined the Insight team in December 2023. She has a data-driven background with experience across large-scale sectors including supply chain operations, healthcare consulting, and public service delivery.
Before joining Health Innovation Wessex, she worked in operational and digital transformation roles at private sector and held consulting positions in both the UK and the US.
Vivi specialises in developing decision-supporting models and assessing operational efficiency with advanced statistical method. Her current work focuses on delivering robust quantitative analyses and building new framework to support evaluations within NHS.
