Lynne Ruddick

Associate Director - Innovation Adoption (HIOW Locality)

Lynne Ruddick is the Associate Director in Innovation Adoption (Hampshire, Isle of Wight ICS locality) where she supports the local health and care system to understand and adopt innovations that improve the health of diverse communities. She is also working with the integrated care board and local health and care providers to build the conditions required for innovation to flourish.

She has joined the organisation from a global behavioural innovation company where she worked as an Innovation Consultant leading a collaborative working to innovate the provision of oxygen in the Global South.

Lynne has over 20 years experience in the health and care sector, spanning public, private, third sector and global organisations, where she has led and influenced policy, strategy, innovation and programme management. She is a cardiology nurse by background, her most recent clinical roles were as a heart failure specialist nurse and cardiology matron.

Lynne is passionate about building collaboration with diverse stakeholders to design and deliver impactful solutions that address the complex challenges of health and environmental sustainability.
