Richard Finley

Richard works in the Innovation Insight team as an Evaluation Programme Manager performing quantitative analytics.

Richard has over 12 years’ experience working at different acute NHS trusts. He joined Health Innovation Wessex from the Business Intelligence department at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust, where he led the Emergency Pathway programme. Prior to this he worked as Senior Transformation Analyst supporting cost/service improvement programmes.

Richard obtained an MSc in Business Analytics and Management Science in 2019 from the University of Southampton.

Working as a quantitative analyst, Richard contributes to a range of national and local evaluations and provides quantitative advice as part of the Innovation Insight team.
