Completed Projects

The Healthy Ageing Programme ran between 2007-2023 and built on Health Innovation Wessex expertise and established networks with health and care systems to provide a cross cutting approach to healthy ageing and frailty. We added value to the frailty agenda and innovation activities in Wessex, retaining focus on best practice and the spread and adoption of innovation across the region.
