Practice Leaders Programme

The Practice Leaders Programme, which is based in Portsmouth, develops leaders of service improvement delivering real benefits to patients.
Leaders who have the capability to deliver service improvement are much sought after at this time of structural change in the NHS; and it is widely recognised that the best way to develop the necessary skills is to be involved in implementing change and being supported during this work.

The PLP is now in the process of extending its reach with the opening of the programme for its fifth year to secondary care NHS staff in addition to those from primary and community care who have participated up to now. Why not join us?
