Help build a digitally ready workforce

24 November 2017

All staff working with information and data are invited to help shape plans for a digitally ready workforce – a key strategy for the NHS.

An online workshop is available, for three weeks, to ask how the Digitally Ready Workforce programme should prioritise and invest £6m over the next four years.

It is targeted at a wide range of individuals involved in information - eg transformation; coding; technical projects; data science; software; business analysis; libraries and knowledge systems; database admin; data security; information governance and infrastructure.

The workshop will be asking what help and support staff need to:

  • improve the impact of their digital expertise, and
  • improve the digital maturity of others more broadly.

The project is led by Health Education England, NHS England and NHS Digital.
