'Predict, Prevent, Adapt' - the AHSN's 2016 conference

Predict, Prevent, Adapt: Wessex AHSN 2016 stakeholder conference.
 Wednesday, 19 October, 11am-4pm, St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton.

 The event is themed by three distinct sections: 

• Predict (shifting from reactive, sickness-focused health care models to predictive, preventative models)
• Prevent (moving interventions upstream to support health and well-being) 
• Adapt (is the digital revolution is happening now, and can Wessex embrace disruption?)
