We are seeking a Healthcare Analyst with expertise in the identification, analysis, and reporting of quantitative data to design and implement evaluation projects for our Insight team's programme of work.  Working closely with colleagues in Insight, clients and stakeholders across industry, life sciences, and health and social care, you will generate evidence to support the adoption and spread of high-impact innovation across Wessex and beyond.

Summary of duties

• Lead the design of quantitative analytical methods for evaluation projects, including descriptive and inferential statistics. 
• Scope and deliver evaluation projects to assess the impact on patients, workforce, organisations, and NHS services/systems of innovative service developments and technology solutions.
• Scope, design, and gather quantitative data to assess impact. For example, quality improvements, efficiency savings, patient outcomes. 
• Evaluate the implementation and impact of innovation, advising on the potential for system-wide implementation of innovative service developments and technology solutions.
• Generate evaluation reports, supporting the synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data, report-writing, and quality assurance of evaluation outputs. 
• Support colleagues to implement quantitative evaluation plans.
• Support health economic analysis for evaluation projects, e.g. Return on Investment (ROI) assessments.
