Diversity and innovation learning report – continuing our mission

In 2019, all 15 AHSNs signed up to a set of pledges to ensure equality, diversity and inclusion is at the heart of all that we do as a Network.

Since then, all AHSNs have undertaken work to live these pledges and have developed case studies and learnings that we hope are useful to the wider health and care system. These include learnings from implementing a health equity process; involving expert people with diverse perspectives; and working with partners to improve representation.

You can access these case studies in a new diversity and innovation progress and learning report, along with a new set of pledges that are adaptable and adoptable by any organisation that wishes to implement them.
