The Global Health Survey is a national project run by Health Education England (HEE) and supported by the Yorkshire and Humber Academic Health Science Network (YHAHSN).
Health Education England’s Directorate of Global Health Partnerships is seeking to better understand current and future healthcare professionals’ interest and engagement in Global Health, and the opportunities they have for participating in global health activities as part of their NHS role and higher education training.
Having more knowledge and understanding about current availability, access and participation in global health experiences will enable HEE to better develop their offer for NHS employees. This will improve the accessibility of global health training, skills and opportunities.
The aim of the project is to provide a national picture of Global Health activity and interest across England, spanning all 7 NHS regions.
Two surveys are being conducted to target the following groups:
To complete the Secondary Care / Higher Educational Institution organisational survey, please click here.
To complete the individual NHS Staff / Student Survey, please click here.
Deadline for responses: 10 September 2021
As a thank you, 4 prizes of £50 Amazon vouchers are available to participants of the current NHS staff and health care students survey. Participants who opt into the prize draw will be selected at random after the survey has closed.
