We have two great, FREE, training opportunities for pharmacy teams in CCGs, and GP practice teams to help with their medicines optimisation work.
All sessions will be held at Chilworth Manor Hotel, Chilworth, Hampshire, SO16 7PT.
PRIMIS action learning sets
First of all, we are offering PRIMIS action learning sets. PRIMIS offers a suite of Clinical Audit tools to improve patient care. Action learning is an approach where people working in small groups, tackle an issue and learn together from their attempts to change things.
These will take place across three half-day sessions over one month - you need to come to all three sessions and be prepared to run an audit and share learning:
All sessions start at 9am and run until 12 midday (followed by lunch).
