Independent evaluation of the North East Hampshire and Farnham Vanguard 111 GP Triage Service

This 2018 report looks at the 111 GP Triage system which North East Hampshire & Farnham introduced in 2017. This was effectively an early local trial of the new national ICAS model (Integrated Clinical Assessment Services), which showed that whilst usage was lower than expected, the number of redirections away from A&E Services was significantly higher than expected.
