Independent evaluation of the North East Hampshire and Farnham Vanguard Yateley Urgent Care Centre

This 2017 report concerns the introduction of a same day access service in primary care in one of the 5 localities in the North East Hampshire & Farnham Vanguard programme. The report found that there was an impact on patients’ use of A&E through the localities prior work on access and the introduction of the new model of care.
