Wessex Patient Safety Collaborative Launch & Listen event November 2014

The Wessex Patient Safety Collaborative welcomed patient representatives, patient safety professionals and stakeholders to its inaugural Launch & Listen event held at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton, on Tuesday 11th November 2014.

Wessex AHSN is leading and facilitating a programme of patient safety improvement work across the region, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across health, social, judicial and wider public sectors. We will assist organisations to identify where quality improvement is needed and help them to make patient care safer.
